At KillSwitch, we want to ensure your gear fits perfectly; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original tags and labels are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the arrival.
